The one rule
A claim is only valid if the casino states it on their own site, or a capture from inside our registered account confirms it. Nothing on coinreelz comes from another ranking site, game directory, press release, or Telegram channel. If a casino publishes nothing about a particular question, that will be stated as "not disclosed" or "not published" in our tables, and the score treats that silence as a finding.
This rule exists due to the misinformation out there about many of these casinos. Bot handles that do not match the casino website content, "instant payout" numbers that do not match the terms on their website, and casinos ranked as Telegram casinos that cannot be played on the Telegram application - all of it is live on page one of Google as we write this.
What we actually do

A bot will only be featured on this website when the casino's official website links to it. Any handles that fail that check are named as failures and left unlinked.
- We capture, we screenshot, we date
The bonus conditions come from the dialog within the account, the coin lists come from the deposit screen, the restricted countries come from the terms and the licences come from the footer, verbatim. Every page contains a capture date and every fact is attributed to where it was found.

How the scores work
Each casino has one overall score based on the licensing and transparency, the Telegram product, the cashier, the bonuses and the way in which the casino describes itself. The full reasoning for the score can be found in each casino's review, stating each of the weaknesses in turn, as a score without the weaknesses is essentially an advert for the casino.
Topic pages rank differently on purpose. The same casino can be ranked #1 for slots and #5 for payouts, as every ranking page receives a score that is suitable for that page's questions. No score is moved to flatter the ranking of another topic page, and no ranking on any page is affected by commercial relationships with the reviewed casinos.
Any gap in the transparency of a casino costs that casino points across every scoring category. If a casino provides less information than another of similar quality, it is scored worse.
What we never do

We do not copy facts from other casino review websites or directories.

How the money works
coinreelz is funded by affiliate commissions. Some links on the website to casinos are affiliate links, which means that if you sign up for one of the linked casinos, we may receive a commission from that signup at no cost to you. The scores and rankings on the site, however, will never be purchased. Some of the casinos that we feature and those that we criticise are the same casinos.
Casinos cannot purchase their inclusion on the site, cannot purchase the removal of a weakness from a review, and no content is shown to casinos before it is published on the website. Should any commercial relationship end as a result of content published on the website, that content would remain.
Corrections and rechecks
Casinos change quietly: the dialogs restamp, licences renew, and coins appear and vanish. Every page has a date of its last check, and the pages get rebuilt whenever a recheck finds something incompatible. If you find something wrong here, please tell us via the contact page: corrections are the highest-priority mail we get, and any confirmed error will result in a page update and a date stamp change.
